4. Method and Legal Basis of Collection

It is processed on the legal grounds in Article 5 of the KVKK: processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, for compliance with a legal obligation, and for our legitimate interests provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed. For analytics and marketing cookies and for transfers abroad where required, we rely on your explicit consent.
5. Your Rights Under Article 11 of the KVKK
- To learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it;
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly;
- To know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred;
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
- To request erasure or destruction of your data under the conditions of the KVKK;
- To request that third parties to whom data was transferred be notified of such corrections or erasures;
- To object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis;
- To claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
